We are delighted to have gained planning approval for 7 dwellings on a farm in South Cornwall. Consent was gained on three modern agricultural buildings to form four dwellings through Class Q Permitted Development. Planning approval for the remaining three dwellings was gained through a full planning application for the conversion of three traditional barns.
